Slim has spent his 19-year-long career exploring and practicing the role of design & empathy in innovation. As an executive coach & and human interaction designer, Slim works primarily with CEOs of small-to-midsize businesses and sometimes with their co-founders as well. His focus lies in helping them (re)design their interactions not only with each other, their employees, and their clients, but also with their thoughts and emotions.
Through the use of design and empathy, his clients learn to more effectively navigate the challenge of human relationships and interactions, develop a greater understanding of themselves, and tame the ambiguity and complexity in their decision-making process. Most importantly, they grow as effective leaders who feel not only more confident about themselves, but also less drained in their personal and professional lives.
