The Walt Disney Company kicks off Pride Month by welcoming the ChickTech community for an intersectional celebration of women in technology. At Disney, we are uniquely positioned to amplify and celebrate the voices of LGBTQ+ employees, technologists, and creators in order to increase representation, encourage engagement, and combat stereotypes and bias. The power of our collective voices combines to create an inclusive culture for the LGBTQ+ employees and allies throughout Pride Month and all year round.

 Join us for the Identity in Technology panel discussion, featuring Disney technologists and leaders representing our beloved brands and businesses, as they share their personal and Disney stories. Pulling the curtain back on the tech behind the Disney magic, the panelists will take you along their own career journeys, highlighting the power that your own unique identity can bring to your career. The Disney recruiting team will be in the event Expo to help you navigate finding your way into the magic, and you will additionally have the opportunity to participate in one on one speed networking, and a panelist hangout following the conversation. We look forward to an evening of connection, engagement, and celebration.
